3D Scan & STL Creation

We need to 3D print the Marble sculpture that is on top of George Washington's sarcophagus. The goal is to have the base/background 3/16” thick (4.75mm). The overall dimensions are 25 ½” (647mm) x 38 7/8” (987mm) and is about (56mm tall including the 3/16” (4.75mm) base).

I have the scan GLB file, I need an STL file for 3D printing.

The scan has some flaws that need to be cleaned up prior to printing
Requirements:
- Provide STL file for 3D printing
- Clean up model, fix scan flaws

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in creating STL files
- Ability to modify and clean up 3D models
