San Antonio Lot Replat Assistance
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I own a property in San Antonio that is currently recorded as two separate parcels. My goal is to combine them into one legal lot, and I need a civil engineer to guide the entire replat process through final City approval.
Scope of work
• Perform or coordinate a site survey that verifies existing monuments, improvements and right-of-way ties.
• Produce the lot-boundary adjustment details in accordance with the City of San Antonio Development Services Department requirements.
• Prepare a complete set of replat documents—sealed CAD and PDF drawings, revised legal description, and any supporting forms—ready for submission.
• Address City reviewer comments (if any) until the plat is officially approved and recorded.

I already have digital site plans (PDF and CAD) you may reference. All City filing fees will be paid directly by me; you only need to include your professional fee in the bid.
