STEP Model: Recovery Pillow
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a clean, ready-to-tool 3D model of my MendWell Shoulder Recovery Pillow produced in STP/STEP format. You’ll be working from ten high-resolution render slides that cover every view—top, front, back, profile, cutaway, and in-use—so you’ll have all the visual guidance you need. The core dimensions are locked:
• Overall footprint: 15" L × 7" W × 4.5" H
• Cradle: 2" deep U-channel running the full length
• Minimum 2.5" armpit clearance (this and the cradle depth are the non-negotiables)
• Raised side walls: 1" high, gently curved inward
• Memory-foam top layer: 1.5"
• Support base: 3"
• Wedge incline: rises from roughly 1.5" up to 4.5"
Because this file goes straight to the foam supplier, it must represent the entire pillow structure as a single, watertight solid—no assemblies, mating, or ornamental textures. Keep the file lean: precise surfaces, clean topology, and zero artifacts that could complicate tooling.
Acceptance for hand-off
1. One STP/STEP file, solid-body.
2. Geometry validated for manufacturability (no self-intersections, gaps, or paper-thin surfaces).
3. All critical dimensions (especially that cradle depth and armpit clearance) confirmed in the model.
Turnaround is 3–5 days once I send the render package. If anything in the spec seems unclear, let me know early so we stay on schedule. Looking forward to seeing your CAD expertise bring this recovery pillow to life.
