SPLIT STEP FORMAT ASSEMBLY FILES INTO INDIVIDUAL PART FILES

I would like to have a program, in C++ or Java, that writes the parts of an assembly or the
volume parts to me in separate files, starting from a step file.
Attached are some sample folders with various cases:

STEP-ASM
Assembly name 2025_03_20
The RESULT folder contains the individual parts in step format.

STEP-ASM-1-PART
contains an assembly with a single part.
The RESULT folder contains the individual parts in step format.

STEP-PART-SHAPE
This is a part that contains two volumes, or separate parts.

I'm looking for someone who has already attempted this type of analysis and development.
