Revit Electrical BIM Clash
Budget: $25 – $50 CAD
I need a full Revit-based BIM model for the electrical scope of a new three-storey commercial building. All conduit runs and overhead conduit racks must be laid out to LOD 350 so the model is ready for construction documentation. I will provide the current electrical plans; your task is to translate them into a coordinated Revit model, run clash detection, and resolve any conflicts with the architectural and structural files before hand-off. ELectrical design will be provide by me.
Please return:
• The native Revit file with properly organised families, views and sheets
• A clash-free NWC/NWD export and summary report highlighting issues found and how they were resolved
The work is considered complete once the model passes Navisworks clash tests and the conduit routing aligns with code-compliant spacing and support requirements.
