Reverse Vending Machine CAD Design
Budget: ₹40,000 – ₹150,000 INR
We are looking for a Mechanical CAD Designer/Product Design Engineer to develop a Reverse Vending Machine (RVM) for plastic bottle collection and segregation.
Project Requirements:
• Design a complete 3D CAD model and assembly of a Reverse Vending Machine.
• The machine should accept used PET/plastic water bottles of various sizes.
• Bottle detection and guided insertion mechanism.
• Weight-based segregation system using load cells.
• Multiple internal storage chambers/bins for sorting bottles based on predefined weight ranges.
• Provision for reject bin for non-compliant objects.
• Easy access doors for maintenance and collection.
• Sheet metal enclosure suitable for manufacturing.
• Internal mounting provisions for sensors, electronics, motors, and control systems.
• Compact and modular design for deployment in public places such as campuses, railway stations, malls, and offices.
Required Deliverables:
1. Complete 3D CAD Assembly.
2. Part Files and Assembly Files (SolidWorks preferred; STEP format acceptable).
3. Manufacturing Drawings.
4. Sheet Metal Flat Patterns.
5. Bill of Materials (BOM).
6. Assembly Drawings and Exploded Views.
7. Basic Rendering of the Final Design.
