Residential Stud Wall Layout

I need a clear, build-ready stud wall framing layout for a residential project. All walls are standard straight runs—no unusual angles, split levels, or multi-tier designs—so the focus is on accuracy, clean dimensioning, and practical sequencing for on-site carpenters.

The deliverable I’m after is a set of drawings (PDF and ideally the original CAD or Revit file) that show:

• Precise stud spacing, top/bottom plates, openings, and bracing
• Dimensions tied to existing slab and ceiling heights
• Notes for headers, lintels, and any service penetrations

I’ll supply the floor-plan footprint and structural notes as soon as we start; you simply translate that into a detailed framing layout that a framing crew can follow without second-guessing. If you typically layer in material take-offs, call-outs for LVL beams, or nail-plate specs, that’s a plus, but core priority is a clean, code-compliant layout.
