Residential Steel Detailing Drawings Needed

I have a residential project that is moving into fabrication and erection, and I now need complete structural-steel detailing produced in accordance with AISC/ASTM industry standards. The scope covers every major steel element in the house—beams, columns, all welded and bolted connections, plus the staircases and their associated railings.

Please translate the engineer’s intent into clear, clash-free drawings ready for the shop and site. I will supply the architectural/engineering plans and any 3-D models already generated; you return a full set of coordinated steel sheets, connection sketches, and fabrication data.

Deliverables (in DWG and PDF)
• Fully dimensioned shop drawings for beams & columns
• Connection and joint details with weld symbols and bolt schedules
• Fabrication drawings for stair stringers, treads, handrails, and guardrails
• E-plans or NC data for automated cutting, if you can include it
• Material take-off/BOM linked to call-outs on each sheet
