Residential Site Plan with Landscaping

I need a clean, scaled site plan for a residential property that clearly shows the building footprints along with a full landscaping layout. The drawing must highlight every tree and plant cluster, outline all pathways and walkways, and depict planned water features such as ponds or fountains. Utility lines are not part of this scope, so feel free to focus entirely on the architectural footprint and surrounding green space.

A CAD-ready file (DWG or similar) plus a high-resolution PDF will be the ideal final delivery so I can forward both to my architect and the local planning office without further conversion. If you typically supply a keyed legend or layer breakdown for the vegetation and hardscape elements, please include that as well so revisions, if any, remain straightforward.
