Residential CAD Plans & BOQ
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need someone who can visit a residential property, capture accurate measurements for both the interior rooms and the surrounding exterior footprint, and translate that data into a clean, well-layered AutoCAD file. From those measurements I will require three distinct drawing sets: floor plans, elevation views, and full plumbing & electrical layouts.
Once the drawings are complete, I also need a detailed bill of quantities that ties directly to the plans—itemised by room, fixture, and material where relevant—so the contractor can price the build without further take-offs.
Deliverables
• Site measurement notes (PDF or Excel)
• DWG and PDF sheets for floor plans, elevations, and MEP layouts, all to scale
• BOQ in Excel, clearly cross-referenced to drawing call-outs
Accuracy is critical; dimensions should be in millimetres and each discipline (architecture, plumbing, electrical) on its own layer.
