Renew Residential Civil Plans - 09/06/2026 15:07 EDT

I need my current residential civil drawings updated so they pass the city’s latest review requirements. The focus is on two areas: first, refining the overall site layout to ensure lot lines, grading, setbacks, and easements are presented exactly as the planning department now requests; second, re-working the utility and drainage systems so the water, sewer, and storm-water details all comply with current code.

I already have the full set of digital CAD files and PDFs from the original submission, so you will be building directly on that base rather than starting from scratch. Please keep the existing layering and title-block standards intact while incorporating the revisions. AutoCAD Civil 3D (or an equivalent compatible format) is preferred for all edits.

Deliverables I’m expecting:
• Updated site layout plan (DWG + PDF)
• Revised utility & drainage plan with profiles and schedules (DWG + PDF)
• Any supporting calculations or notes the city commonly asks for (hydrology tables, pipe sizing, etc.)

Once the drawings are complete, I’d like a handoff meeting to walk through the changes so I’m fully prepared for the resubmittal. I want them fully ready to submit by me or even better by you, making sure that they're meeting all of the city requirements for Lake Havasu City, Arizona. This is a 1.3 acre
Parcel in a desert environment and the prior civil plans were complete but have expired. I will supply the current plans to the winning party.
