Refurbishment Plans Council Compliance

Job ID: 40551109

Budget: £250 – £750 GBP

I have an existing set of house-refurbishment drawings that came back from the council with a request for tweaks before they will validate the application. The property sits in a designated conservation area, so the amendments must respect those additional guidelines on appearance, scale and materials.

What I already have
• PDF and DWG files covering the full scheme.
• Comments from the planning officer highlighting where the documentation falls short.

What I need from you
• Adjust the floor plans, elevations and the block plan so they line up with the conservation-area feedback.
• Keep every change minimal—this is a light-touch revision, not a redesign.
• Return updated PDFs ready to upload plus the edited DWG source files.

Acceptance criteria
• Drawings meet conservation-area guidelines and standard UK planning conventions (e.g., annotated at 1:100 / 1:1250 with north point, scale bars, correct line weights).
• No new issues raised when I resubmit; the council should accept the set for validation.
• All layers remain tidy and named logically for easy editing later.

Ideally you are already fluent with UK planning portal requirements, listed-building or conservation-area submissions, and you work in AutoCAD, Revit or similar mainstream CAD software. A quick turnaround would be appreciated so I can resubmit this week.
