Recreate Motorcycle Parts in CAD

I have two discontinued motorcycle components—both kick-starter style assemblies—that I need brought back to life as production-ready CAD models. I’ll supply a full photo set, key reference dimensions, and can answer any measurement questions along the way. The goal is a faithful, “as-is” recreation; no tweaks or redesigns, just an accurate digital duplicate with moderate detail so the small but important features are captured.

The finished work must be delivered in STEP format. To help the machinist pick up where you leave off, please include any supporting drawings you create during the modelling process.

Deliverables
• STEP files for each of the two parts, dimensionally verified against the measurements I provide
• Any auxiliary 2D views or call-outs used for verification

I’ll review the models by checking critical dimensions and fit features against the originals before signing off. If this sounds straightforward for you, let’s get these classics back into production.
