Recreate Antique Chinese Opium Pipe

I need a faithful, working reproduction of an antique Chinese opium pipe crafted primarily from jade. I will supply a full set of high-resolution reference photos that capture every contour, carving detail, and metal fitting of the original piece; those images should be enough for accurate measurement and reverse-engineering.

The finished pipe must be functional, not merely decorative. Mouthpiece, bowl, and stem all need to be drilled, fitted, and polished so the piece can actually be used once completed. Traditional proportions, balance, and airflow are important, yet modern safety and stability standards still have to be respected.

Preferred process
• Translate my images into a precise 3D model or detailed technical drawings.
• Select a suitable grade of jade, carve or CNC-mill it to shape, and hand-finish the exterior relief work.
• Integrate any metal or bone accents exactly as shown in the photos, ensuring food-safe, heat-resistant joins.
• Perform final polishing, assemble the pipe, and test for smooth, unobstructed draw.

Deliverables
1. Digital design files (CAD or STL) or annotated workshop drawings for archival purposes.
2. One fully assembled jade opium pipe, cleaned and ready for immediate use.
3. A short build log with progress photos to document authenticity.
