Realistic EV Plinth 3D Render

I have a full set of engineering drawings for a reinforced-concrete plinth that will support an EV charger, and I need that information translated into a highly accurate 3D model with photorealistic renders. Every conduit, anchor bolt, and reinforcement detail shown on the plans must appear in the model at the exact dimensions specified so the final files can be handed straight to site and fabrication teams without further edits.

You are free to model in the platform you prefer—Revit, Inventor, SolidWorks, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar—provided the native file and an interchange format (STEP or DWG) are supplied along with at least two high-resolution JPEG/PNG renders that clearly showcase the top, side, and isometric views under realistic lighting.

Acceptance will be based on:
• Dimensional accuracy matching the drawings within 1 mm
• All conduits, anchor bolts, and reinforcement elements present and correctly placed
• Clean, watertight geometry suitable for BIM or CNC workflows
• Renders that convincingly depict concrete texture and hardware finishes
