I need a complete injection-mold design for high-volume production of disposable polypropylene (PP) spoons. The tool must feature a radial, multi-cavity layout that maximizes shot count while keeping the footprint compact. A balanced, low-waste runner system—as shown in the open-view concept I can supply—should distribute material evenly to every cavity.
What I expect:
• 3D CAD of the mold, including core, cavity, runner, gating, and cooling circuits
• 2D manufacturing drawings with tolerances and steel call-outs
• Mold-flow or equivalent analysis to prove balance and minimize pressure drop
• A concise bill of materials and recommended hardness/coating for long, continuous runs
• Assembly notes that highlight maintenance and quick-change considerations
The project targets fully automated, lights-out production, so robustness and cycle-time optimization matter as much as cavity count. Space for engraving and ejector selection are already set; everything else is open to your engineering creativity.
