Quad Ring CAD Model and Renderings
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a 3D CAD model of a Quad Ring / X-Ring seal, based on exact dimensions.

Dimensions (exact):
• Inner Diameter (ID): 26.70 mm
• Outer Diameter (OD): 30.26 mm
• Cross-section thickness: 1.78 mm
What I need delivered:
1. CAD file in STEP (.step / .stp) or SolidWorks format
2. Mesh file in OBJ/STL
3. High-quality renderings, including:
• one wireframe/mesh view
• one material render (rubber/NBR/EPDM look)
4. The model must follow a true quad-ring cross-section with four sealing lobes (not a simple O-ring).
Preferred modeling software (any is fine):
• SolidWorks
• Fusion 360
• Inventor
• Onshape
• Blender (with CAD import)
Style of final renders:
• Clean, neutral background
• Industrial, photo-realistic look
• Accurate geometry and proportions
Notes:
The goal is to have both a technically accurate CAD model and nice-looking product renders for documentation and marketing material.
Please ensure the X-shape cross-section is symmetrical and follows standard quad-ring geometry.
