Production-Ready Waterslide Bounce House Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m ready to take a new inflatable waterslide-style bounce house from concept to factory floor and need your technical design expertise to make it happen. The core idea is set; now I require fully-detailed production files that a PVC tarpaulin shop can cut and stitch without guesswork.
Scope of work
You will create a complete 3D CAD model of the structure showing all chambers, internal baffles, anchor points, and the dedicated blower tube with a clear airflow route. From that model, generate perfectly flattened cutting patterns in both DXF and print-friendly PDF, already nested with accurate seam allowances and clearly marked reinforcement zones so the fabricator knows where to add extra layers or webbing.
Material & performance details
• Base fabric: 18 oz PVC tarpaulin
• Include weldable/heat-sealable seam philosophy wherever possible
• Blower tube diameter and recommended blower CFM called out in the drawings
Exact finished dimensions (overall length, width, height) need to be labelled on every view as these will drive our packing and shipping cartons.
Deliverables
• Native CAD file (SolidWorks, Rhino, or equivalent) + universal STEP
• 2D cutting layouts (DXF & PDF) with layer naming for main panels, reinforcements, and reference notches
• A short bill of materials listing panel count, color breaks, webbing, zippers/deflation flaps, and recommended thread type
• Assembly notes highlighting seam allowance, inflation sequence, and safety signage positions
Acceptance criteria
The DXF must import at 1:1 scale, no gaps or overlaps between joined edges, and the CAD model must inflate without self-intersection during a quick FEM or Blender soft-body test. All callouts should be in millimetres.
If anything is unclear—such as target age/weight ratings—flag questions early so I can provide exact load specs. Looking forward to a precise, shop-ready package that turns this waterslide vision into a safe, fun reality.
