Production-Ready Reverse Engineer Corporate Ring

Job ID: 40462546

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I need you to reverse-engineer the attached corporate ring into a production-ready STL file (Finger Size 10). This file will be going straight to a 3D wax printer for investment casting in 10K Yellow Gold, so you must account for all real-world manufacturing physics in the digital model. Please ensure the design meets the following strict specifications:Shrinkage Allowance: Account for standard 10K gold casting and wax shrinkage physics. Please scale the CAD dimensions appropriately so the final post-cast, post-polished ring sits at a true size 10.Text Depth & Draft Angles: All high-relief text ("GOLD STAR", "RISK TAKERS", etc.) must have a minimum depth of 0.4mm and proper draft angles so the wax pulls cleanly from the investment and doesn't degrade. The background recesses must be deep enough to hold black antiquing/oxidation without washing out during final lapping and polishing.
Wall Thickness & Weight Optimization: Because 10k gold is at $100/dwt, weight management is critical. The inside of the shank must look smooth and high-end like the photo, but you must optimize the internal walls (target 1.2mm to 1.5mm thickness thresholds) or design an internal under-gallery/hollow cavity to minimize metal volume without creating porosity risks.Bezel Border: Ensure the block-texture steps on the left and right sides of the bezel are perfectly geometric and crisp. (Note: If these are meant to be channel settings for stones in future iterations, please ensure the walls account for metal compression).Deliverables: Please provide the final high-resolution STL file, along with the total volume of the model in cubic millimeters ($mm^3$) so I can verify the estimated pennyweight against my raw material budget.Let me know if you have any questions before you begin!
