Production-Ready Footwear 3D Models

I already have two shoe concepts in OBJ/STL format—one mule and one flip-flop. I need each file transformed into a clean, production-ready 3D model that will fit the human foot comfortably.

The goal is to move from concept geometry to an ergonomically correct factory file. Please refine the shape, correct any mesh issues, and add the following functional details exactly as specified:
• Integrated arch support
• Cushioned sole structure
• Accurate contact-point geometry and force distribution

Deliverables:
1. Manufacturing-grade 3D files (preferred: STEP or IGES plus the updated STL/OBJ) for left and right feet.
2. A brief report or screenshot set confirming fit adjustments and where load-bearing contact points occur.
3. Original editable files so further tweaks can be made if required.

I’m happy to clarify measurements, foot scans, or reference standards once we begin. If you have experience preparing footwear models for injection molding, EVA, or 3D-printed midsoles, let me know—it will be a plus.
