Product Prototype 3D Modelling

I need an experienced 3D modeller to turn my rough product sketches into clean, fabrication-ready CAD. The main goal is to generate files I can send straight to a rapid-prototyping shop, so accuracy and a solid grasp of manufacturable geometry are essential.

Scope
• Create a detailed 3D model of the product from the reference drawings and dimensions I provide.
• Optimise wall thicknesses, clearances and draft angles so the part can be printed or CNC-machined without rework.
• Supply native source files (SolidWorks, Fusion 360 or similar) plus neutral formats such as STEP and STL.
• Produce quick screen captures or turntable renders that let me review the design before final export.

Acceptance criteria
• All critical dimensions match the spec within ±0.2 mm.
• Model is watertight, with no non-manifold edges or reversed normals.
• Assemblies—if any—mate correctly and can be exploded without errors.

Nice-to-have
If you’re comfortable generating 2D drawings or assembly drafts, let me know; I may add that as a follow-on task once the prototype model is approved.

Please include a short note on the CAD package you prefer and a link to one or two past prototypes you’ve modelled. I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right fit.
