Product Designer for FRP Toilet Cabin with Mould Design Expertise
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
We are seeking a talented and experienced product designer or design agency to develop a complete design for a Modular Fiber-Reinforced Plastic (FRP) Toilet Cabin.
The Modular cabin will be used in rural, semi-urban and mass gathering for sanitation projects. The design must be Modular, functional, durable and cost-effective. Prior experience in FRP product design and mould development will be preferred.
Scope of Work:
1. Conceptual design of a single-user FRP toilet cabin
2. Ergonomic layout with ventilation, plumbing, and light provisions
3. 3D CAD modeling (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent)
4. Technical drawings for mould fabrication (Preferred)
5. Material and structural recommendations (FRP grade, wall thickness, reinforcement)
6. Design for manufacturability (demoulding, draft angles, shrinkage, etc.)
7. Optional: Solar panel integration, branding space
Deliverables:
1. 3D CAD files (.STEP, .IGES, .SLDPRT, etc.)
2. 2D technical drawings with dimensions and tolerances
3. Exploded views and part details
4. Bill of Materials (BoM)
5. Mould design guidelines
6. Rendered visuals for presentation
