Product 3D model design required

I have a set of hand-drawn sketches and written instructions for a new physical product and now need them turned into an accurate, fully-defined 3D model. Your task is into a clean parametric model that is ready for prototyping, rendering, and eventually manufacturing.

Deliverables I expect:
• Native Shapr3D file plus STEP and STL exports or CAD
• A few high-quality renders showing the product from multiple angles
• Basic dimensioned drawings suitable for a workshop or 3-axis print service

Please let me know your experience with Shapr3D or similar tools and show a sample of a physical product you have modeled that went on to be prototyped or produced.
