Processing Facility Layout & P&ID -- 2

I am putting together a full site plan for a new processing facility and need a complete blueprint – both the overall layout and a detailed piping & instrumentation diagram. The drawing must show every major element on the plot: the Production Building, a separate Maintenance Facility, all storage tanks, and a set of three-phase separators.

The piping network is just as important as the footprints themselves. Please route every line, indicate line sizes, and label the exact special valves and fittings I specify (relief, block, and control valves; flanged connections; expansion loops). Instrument tags and a clean legend are mandatory so the package can go straight to our safety and construction teams for review.

Deliverables
• Scaled site layout drawing (PDF + native CAD)
• P&ID matching the layout, with tagged equipment, valves, and instruments (PDF + native CAD)
• Equipment and valve list extracted from the drawings

I follow common ASME and API conventions, so align symbols and notation with those standards. If you normally work in AutoCAD or similar software, that is perfect. Accuracy and a professional finish are the priorities; once I receive an initial draft we can schedule one round of mark-ups before final issue.
