3D Printable Prototype CAD Model

I have a digital sketch of a mechanical part that I need turned into a print-ready 3D model for prototype testing. The overall geometry is straightforward and doesn’t require ultra-fine engraving or decorative details.

You’ll start from my scanned drawing (PDF/PNG) and translate it into a solid model in any mainstream CAD package—Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar are all fine. Moderate detail is enough: accurate outer dimensions, hole placement, and any mating surfaces must match the sketch tolerances, but cosmetic fillets or surface texturing aren’t a priority.

Once the model is complete, export it in STL for printing and STEP so I can make any future edits. A short note on recommended print orientation or support settings would be appreciated, but tool-path generation isn’t required.

Deliverables:
• Editable CAD file (e.g., .f3d, .sldprt, or .ipt)
• STEP file
• Watertight STL ready for slicing
• Quick dimension check report confirming the key specs from the drawing
