3D-Printable Plastic Enclosure Design

Job ID: 40482973

Budget: €36 – €0 EUR

I am preparing a set of housings and enclosures that will be produced on a desktop 3-D printer, so I need dimensionally accurate CAD models that drop straight into slicing software without additional cleanup. The parts will be printed in plastic, and the design must include all the usual fittings—snap-locks, screw bosses, cable pass-throughs, and any alignment features required—so they assemble cleanly right off the build plate.

You will take my rough sketches and overall size constraints, translate them into production-ready geometry, and return files I can test-print immediately. I work in millimetres and prefer STEP for reference plus watertight STL for printing, but I am happy to add native SolidWorks or Fusion 360 files if that streamlines your workflow.

Deliverables:
• Final enclosure models with integrated fittings
• STEP + STL exports (one file per part)
• Brief text summary calling out tolerances, recommended layer height, and any inserts or hardware needed

Once I receive the files I’ll run a quick FDM print; if everything clicks together and the dimensions match the drawings within ±0.2 mm, the job is complete and released.
