3D Printable Dual-Vape Housing

Job ID: 40478202

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I need a clean, print-ready CAD model for “BLUNT,” a single enclosure that carries two off-the-shelf vape devices side-by-side. Think bullet-shaped or small hip-flask: about 4–5 inches tall with my BLUNT brand name raised or recessed on the outer wall.

Core geometry
• Two parallel internal bore-holes: one sized for a standard 510-thread battery with screw-on THC cartridge, the other for an HQD disposable nicotine vape.
• Each bore should stop short of the top, leaving only the mouthpieces exposed through rubber-gasketed openings I’ll add after printing.
• Bottom face contains a three-position slider that controls airflow paths: N (nicotine only), BOTH, and C (cart only). The slider simply opens or blocks channels that run up each chamber—no electronics or heaters inside the case.

What I care about
• Function over ornament: tolerances tight enough that the two devices slide in firmly but can still be removed for replacement.
• Internal air channels that line up with each device’s mouthpiece so the slider meaningfully directs the draw.
• Exterior walls thick enough for FDM or resin printing without warping.
• All parts printable without exotic supports; split the body if that helps.

Deliverables
1. Finished STL of the complete housing (and any separate slider/plug parts).
2. A short note on recommended print orientation, layer height, and any inserts or gaskets you assumed.

If the model prints and the slider switches airflow as described, the job is done.
