3D-Printable RC Boat CAD

Job ID: 40447149

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I want to turn a Boston Whaler–style center-console boat into a 1 : 10 scale showpiece that can roll straight off an FDM printer as a single shell. While this first release is a static concept, it needs the realism of a working craft so we can later retrofit a water-jet drive without redrawing the hull.

That means a highly detailed exterior and interior: the classic flared bow and reverse chine, proper console and seating layout, practical storage compartments already modelled into the deck, plus navigation lights, cleats, rails and other small accessories that give the model life. Everything has to be print-ready—watertight geometry, 2-3 mm wall thickness, no impossible overhangs, and sized to fit a 300 × 300 × 400 mm FDM build volume.

Deliverables
• Print-ready STL of the complete hull/deck as one piece
• Editable STEP (or Fusion 360) file with clearly labelled bodies for hull, deck, console, seats, compartments and accessories
• Two basic renderings for presentation

Acceptance criteria
• Overall length and proportions match the 1 : 10 reference dimension I’ll supply
• Mesh passes Netfabb or similar repair checks with zero errors
• Seats, console, storage hatches and nav-light details are visibly present and proportional

Show me examples of previous RC hulls or similarly detailed 3D-printable models you’ve created, and let’s launch this prototype together.
