3D-Print CAD for Bike Nose Cone

I'm looking for a skilled CAD designer to create a 3D-printable file for a replacement nose cone (aerodynamic fairing) for a time-trial bike. A replacement from 'normal' sources isn't easy to come by.

While the original part was made of carbon fiber, the final design should be suitable for 3D printing in plastic.

I will provide:
- photos of the original part, in its place on the bike
- photos of identical nose cones
- photos of the where the replacement part will need to fit
- measurements that are as accurate as I can take without actually having the original part

Skills and experience required:
- proficiency in CAD software
- experience with designing 3D-printable objects
- knowledge of aerodynamic shapes and requirements (ideally)
