I am looking for a professional Industrial Designer/Mechanical Engineer to lead the structural and mechanical design of a proprietary electronic device. The product is a 3-layer cylindrical device designed for high-performance consumer use.
Key Requirements:
Mechanical Expertise: Extensive experience in designing complex internal assemblies for consumer electronics.
Thermal Management: Proven ability to engineer housings that can manage internal heat (up to 200°C) while maintaining external integrity.
Fluid & Airflow Dynamics: Expertise in designing internal air paths and leak-proof structures.
DFM (Design for Manufacturing): Deep knowledge of injection molding processes, draft angles, wall thickness, and assembly tolerances.
Software: Proficiency in SolidWorks or Fusion 360.
Deliverables: Final 3D CAD assembly files and technical drawings in STEP/STP format, ready for manufacturing.
