Precise Duct Design & Takeoff

Job ID: 40054406

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I have full-set PDF drawings for two single-family houses and now need a precise HVAC duct layout and a complete material takeoff built directly from those plans. The drawings already indicate where each run should be rigid, flexible, or semi-rigid, so the design must follow the intent shown rather than impose a one-size-fits-all approach.

Room-by-room airflow targets are partially defined; some spaces are marked while others still require professional sizing and balancing. I will supply the PDFs, any notes already taken on airflow, and clarification on mechanical equipment once the project begins.

You may use AutoCAD, Revit, or another duct-design platform—whichever lets you model accurately and output a clean schedule. What matters is that the final numbers match the drawings and are ready for ordering and installation.

Deliverables expected
• Final duct layout files (DWG or RVT) plus PDFs for quick review
• A takeoff spreadsheet listing sizes, lengths, fittings, and accessories for both houses
• Brief report on rooms where you determined airflow and the assumptions you used

Please keep naming conventions clear so I can forward everything to the installer without extra editing.
