I have a finished, load-bearing concrete element in hand—a straightforward rectangular shell — and I need a complete mould design so I can cast identical pieces at scale. Your task starts with accurately capturing the dimensions of the sample drawings, then transforming that data into a clean 3D model and detailed shop drawings to create suitable for precast production mould.

Because the geometry is simple, the real focus is on precision: edge radii, chamfers, lifting-hook recesses, and any tolerance that keeps the piece structurally sound once installed. I’ll rely on you to specify mould materials, release angles, and reinforcement of the mould itself so it withstands repeated pours.

Deliverables
• 3D CAD file (STEP or SolidWorks native) matching the original element
• 2D fabrication drawings (PDF) with all critical dimensions and tolerances
• Brief notes on mould assembly, stripping sequence, and recommended concrete mix design considerations

I typically work in AutoCAD and SolidWorks, so files compatible with either of those will slot straight into our workflow, but I’m flexible if you prefer Inventor, Revit, or similar—just let me know. The job will be considered complete when the factory Production Manager can pick up your drawings, manufacture the steel inner and outer moulds without RFI’s, and hit dimensional targets within ±2 mm on the first pour.
