PowerMill VMC Full Assembly Programming
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have a complete metal assembly that now needs fully-tooled, production-ready CNC programs created in Autodesk PowerMill for a vertical machining centre. The job is strictly for manufacturing, so the toolpaths must prioritise cycle-time efficiency, surface finish and cutter life.
What I will supply
• Clean, watertight 3D models of the entire assembly (STEP/IGES)
• Any critical tolerances and surface-finish notes
• Current machine, post-processor and tooling list
What I expect back
• Optimised roughing, semi-finish and finish strategies for every component in the assembly
• Verified NC code using my VMC post, with collision-free simulation
• Setup sheets and tooling reports that a shop floor operator can follow without guesswork
• Native PowerMill project files so I can review or tweak if needed
