Project Title:
Detailed CAD Design and 3D Rendering for Power Socket Integration with USB-C & Switch

**Project Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled CAD designer with experience in electrical product design to develop detailed 3D CAD drawings and renderings for a **custom power socket integration** project. The product includes a front plate integrating a power socket, USB-C charging port, and ON/OFF switch, with additional back plate and mounting components.

**Deliverables Required:**

1. **CAD Drawings – Power Socket Modules**

* STL format files for two variants:
a) Power socket + ON/OFF switch
b) Power socket + ON/OFF switch + USB-C charging port
* Integrated front plate design: all three components (socket, switch, USB-C) in a single extended faceplate.
* Back plate and internal layout drawings to be provided separately.

2. **CAD Drawings – Mounting Box Assemblies**

* 3 separate designs for mounting boxes accommodating:

* Power socket module
* USB-C hub
* AV interface plates
* Interconnectivity and modular fit details must be shown clearly.

3. **Manufacturing Files**

* PRT files (or compatible equivalent) for die design, tool pathing, and future production reference.

4. **High-Quality 3D Renderings**

* Realistic visual renderings of the assembled product for all 3 mounting box variations.
* Each rendering should include the power socket plate, USB-C ports, AV plates, and all related hardware.

5. **Source Files**

* All editable design files used (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, etc.).
* Layered drawing files with labeled components.

**Design Specifics:**

* The **front faceplate** must integrate:

* 1x Power Socket
* 1x ON/OFF switch at the top
* 1x USB-C port at the bottom
* The design should allow for professional installation and easy component separation for maintenance or assembly.
* Reference image for the USB-C charging port design will be shared.
* Material finish: Aluminum/metal-based with mounting holes.

* Prior experience designing **electrical enclosures or consumer power modules**
* Strong understanding of component tolerances and manufacturability

* Portfolio of similar mechanical/electromechanical design projects
