**Project Scope – Portable Compact Stacker**

Complete development of a **portable compact stacker**, including all engineering documentation required for manufacturing the equipment, comprising:

* Complete **3D CAD mechanical design**;
* Full assembly model and detailed engineering drawings;
* **Laser cutting** files for all sheet metal parts;
* **Sheet metal bending** drawings, including dimensions, bend angles, and manufacturing sequence;
* Complete **Bill of Materials (BOM)** specifying quantities, materials, thicknesses, and all standard purchased components;
* Structural and mechanical component design and specifications;
* Welding, fastening, and assembly details;
* Manufacturing-ready files for production.

**Objective:** Deliver a complete, production-ready engineering package containing all information required to manufacture, assemble, and reproduce the portable stacker, with no additional engineering work or missing components.
