Polypropylene Corrugated Washer Mold Design
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I need a production-ready 3D design for a Table D profile washer that will be injection-moulded in polypropylene. The part must sit neatly on a corrugated steel sheet with 15 mm-high profiles and match the dimensions below:
• Outside diameter: 280 mm
• Inside diameter (pipe clearance): 170 mm
• Bolt circle diameter: 235 mm for 8 × M16 bolts
At the moment I only have a set of reference photos, so the full geometry—including the corrugated underside—must be modelled from those images and the measurements above. Once the 3D model is approved I will pass it straight to my toolmaker, so accuracy and draft considerations for injection moulding are critical.
Please supply:
1. A solid 3D CAD file (STEP or IGES) showing the final washer ready for tooling.
2. 2D manufacturing drawings with key dimensions, tolerances and material call-out: “Polypropylene”.
3. A quick visual render so I can confirm the shape matches the photos before release.
