Polyethylene Tank Shell FEA

I’m looking for a designer who can create a polyethylene (PE) shell for a tank and prepare it for a design-focused Finite Element Analysis. The priority is to ensure the model is structurally sound and ready for detailed FEA validation.
Key objectives
• Model the tank shell exclusively in PE, respecting common manufacturing constraints for this material.
• Optimise the geometry so it can pass a full design-stage FEA review.
Deliverables
• Native 3D CAD file (STEP or SolidWorks preferred).
• Clean, well-labeled mesh file suitable for most commercial FEA solvers.
• Brief design note explaining wall thickness choices, stiffening features, and any assumptions you made.
