Pneumatic Pixel Array Prototype

Job ID: 40621207

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I would like to recreate the vacuum-and-release pneumatic pixel mechanism shown in the reference video. The important part is the working fluidic architecture, including:

Vacuum supply rail
Atmospheric release rail
Individual pixel/output lines
Pneumatic AND-gate or valve loops
Connections between the vacuum, release, and pixel channels
Repeated modular pixel geometry

The initial goal is a 3 × 3 independently controlled pixel array, based on the layout and operating principle shown in the video.

A five-pixel version would also be acceptable as a first prototype if a full 3 × 3 array is too complex. The five outputs would later correspond to five stimulation regions in an insole, but the current CAD task is only to reproduce the pneumatic control mechanism—not to design the insole or determine anatomical placement.

One can use the video and screenshots as the main geometry reference. Exact internal dimensions may need to be estimated from the video and adjusted for the intended printer, material, and minimum printable channel size. The Video https://youtu.be/VZ2ZcOzLnGg?t=263 4:23 to 5:59.
