Plumbing Plans for Taperoo Flat
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I’m adding a small, self-contained flat to my home in Taperoo (postcode 5017) that will be used for everyday residential living. If possible Flat to be built on stumps (not Slab), I need complete, council-ready plumbing drawings that show how sewage, stormwater and potable water will be routed, sized and connected to existing services on the block.
Fixtures and services to be covered
• Laundry, Shower and Toilet room connections. On room
• Hot-water system layout
• Kitchen sink and dishwasher points
Plumber has confirmed there is enough gradient for new built connection to existing building
What I expect from the finished package
• Dimensioned site and floor plans (PDF + DWG) with clear pipe sizing, gradients and material notes
• Separate schematics for sewage, stormwater and cold/hot water, including vents, clean-outs and inspection points
• A fixture schedule that lists every valve, trap and appliance tie-in
• Compliance notes referencing the current South Australian Plumbing Code and AS/NZS standards—please highlight anything I may need to confirm with council, as I’m not yet sure which local amendments apply
• One revision round after the first council check
You’re welcome to work in AutoCAD, Revit, or another industry-standard platform as long as the exported DWG files are fully editable. I can provide the architectural floor plan in DWG and PDF as soon as we start. Let me know your estimated turnaround and any information you still need from me so we can keep the build schedule on track.
