Plastic Label Alignment Mold
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m looking for a practical, repeat-use plastic jig that guarantees every one of our rectangular, matte, paper labels sits perfectly straight on both candle jars and the matching retail boxes.
Here’s what I need:
• A single mold or a clever two-in-one design that fits our standard glass vessel as well as the corresponding cardboard box, placing the label in the correct horizontal and vertical position every time.
• The jig must account for the slight curvature of the glass and the flat face of the box so the label edges stay parallel and wrinkle-free.
• Smooth interior surfaces are essential so the matte paper labels don’t snag or scuff during application.
• Final deliverables should include a production-ready 3D model (STL or similar) plus any drawings or guidelines I’ll need for in-house or outsourced manufacturing.
• If you’re equipped to prototype, I’d welcome an initial 3D-printed sample so we can confirm the fit and alignment before final sign-off.
You’ll receive exact jar and box dimensions, label size, and placement specs as soon as we start. My priority is speed and precision—once we approve the mold, I can move straight into scale production.
