Plastic Consumer Electronics Enclosure Design

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

I have a new consumer-electronics device that needs a production-ready plastic enclosure. All mechanical features must be optimized for single-shot injection molding: consistent wall thickness, proper draft, well-positioned ribs and bosses, and clean parting lines. Internal support posts must align with a pre-defined PCB (STEP file supplied at kickoff), leaving room for a Li-ion pouch cell and a small speaker grill.

Speed is critical—I need initial concepts within days and a finished design ready for tool-maker hand-off shortly after. You may work in SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or Creo as long as neutral STEP files are included.

Deliverables
• 3D CAD model of top, bottom, and any auxiliary parts
• Exploded view and assembly drawing with critical dims & tolerances
• Draft analysis screenshots confirming ≥1° everywhere
• STL files for quick print checks
• Short DFM notes highlighting gate, ejector, and material callouts (ABS/PC blend preferred)

I’ll be responsive with feedback so we can iterate fast and lock geometry without delay.
