Pipe-in-Pipe Heat Exchanger Model

Job ID: 40510195

Budget: €30 – €250 EUR

I need a precise 3D model of an HVAC pipe-in-pipe heat exchanger created natively in Autodesk Inventor. The project is limited to pure modelling—no moving components or animation are required—so the focus is on clean, parametric geometry that can be edited later for dimension changes or design iterations.

I will supply hand sketches and key dimensions at kickoff; your role is to turn them into an organised Inventor assembly using standard part files rather than imported solids. Threaded connections, supports and simple baffles may be included, but everything stays static.

Deliverables
• Native Inventor files (.ipt for each part, .iam for the assembly)
• One neutral STEP file for cross-platform use
• A brief text note explaining the feature tree and any parameters set up

Accuracy is critical; presentation rendering is not. If you have prior work on heat exchangers, condensers or HVAC piping, feel free to reference it so I can see your approach to layer management and dimensioning.
