Patent Schematics & Filing Support
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have developed a mechanical device and already put together a set of basic hand-drawn sketches. What I now need is a professional who can transform those rough visuals into fully compliant USPTO patent drawings, create an accurate 3D CAD model, and help me assemble every piece of documentation required for a proper U.S. utility patent filing.
Your work will start by interpreting my existing sketches, confirming critical dimensions and tolerances, then producing clean orthographic views, sectional views, exploded perspectives, and any other illustrations the USPTO might request. Alongside the drawings, I’ll rely on you to generate a detailed 3D model to validate fit, function, and manufacturability. Once the visuals are locked, I need support drafting the specification, abstract, numbered claims, and completing the electronic filing forms so the application sails through EFS-Web without issues.
Deliverables I must walk away with:
• USPTO-compliant black-and-white line drawings (PDF & source files)
• 3D CAD files (STEP or SolidWorks) plus high-resolution renders for reference
• Draft specification, abstract, and claim set ready for legal review
• Completed USPTO forms in e-filing format
AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, or equivalent tools are all welcome as long as the output meets USPTO standards. If you are familiar with international equivalents, that’s a bonus, though my immediate goal is successfully filing in the United States.
I’m prepared to supply NDA signatures, reference photos, and dimension notes on request, and I’m available for quick turnaround feedback so we can keep momentum. Looking forward to seeing how you can bring my concept across the finish line and into the patent office.
