Patent Line Drawings from CAD

Job ID: 39976059

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I already have a complete 3-D CAD model of my design and now need to turn it into the formal black-and-white line drawings required for a utility/design patent filing. The task is straightforward: extract precise, to-scale outlines from the existing file and lay them out on seven separate pages, each clearly titled FIG. 1 through FIG. 7:

• Perspective
• Front
• Back
• Left
• Right
• Top
• Bottom

Because the CAD geometry is finished and dimensioned, no reshaping or feature edits should be necessary—this is about clean conversion, correct scaling, and impeccable presentation. I will supply the native CAD file as soon as we start; you can let me know which format works best for you (.dwg, .dxf, .stl, etc.) and I’ll export accordingly.

Acceptance criteria
• Crisp, monochrome line art suitable for USPTO submission (no shading or gradients).
• Consistent scale and line weight across all views.
• Each view isolated on its own page with the proper FIG. label in the lower-left corner.
• Final delivery as high-resolution PDF plus original vector source (AI, DWG or similar).

If you’re comfortable generating patent-ready drawings directly from CAD and can turn this around quickly, I’m ready to get started right away.
