Parametric 3D-Print Prototype Design
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I’ve got two existing parts from the “ChillyLilly” assembly that now need a full parametric re-build in CAD so I can push them straight into performance testing. The current geometry is locked down in a non-editable format, so I need you to recreate each part cleanly—fully constrained, feature-driven, and ready for quick tweaks as test data rolls in.
Here’s what matters to me:
• Accuracy: Match every critical interface and tolerance so the new files drop into the larger assembly without adjustment.
• True parametric structure: No dead-end surfaces; I want editable sketches, dimensions, and design tables where it makes sense.
• Manufacturing prep: Deliver watertight STL for immediate 3-printing plus STEP (or native SolidWorks/Inventor/Fusion 360) for tooling conversations later.
I will supply the reference meshes and hand-marked dimension sheets the moment we start. You return native CAD, STEP, and 0.2 mm-layer STLs for both parts. A quick screen-share design review before final export will close the job. If that sounds straightforward, let’s get these prototypes printing.
