Pain-Relief Foot Massager Spa Prototype

Job ID: 40604197

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

I want to bring to market a compact home foot-spa massager whose primary mission is to relieve pain after long hours of standing or walking. The device must cradle both feet at once, deliver a deep-kneading action, and concentrate on pressure points that ease soreness throughout the heel, arch and toe line. Comfortable, water-safe materials and an intuitive control panel are essential so a user can start a full session in seconds without fuss.

Here is what I need from you:

• A complete industrial design package: exterior styling, internal layout, exploded views and 3D CAD files ready for rapid prototyping or injection-mould tooling.
• Mechanism specifications for the massage action—rollers, airbags, or an alternative that guarantees consistent pain-relief pressure without causing fatigue.
• A concise electronics plan covering motor specs, temperature sensors and control board layout so the unit can later add heat, vibration or adjustable-intensity modes if the business case allows.
• Renderings (still and 10-sec turnaround animation) that can be dropped straight into investor decks.
• A short user-experience storyboard showing how someone sets it up, selects a programme and cleans it afterward.

Acceptance criteria
1. CAD files open natively in SolidWorks or STEP.
2. Ergonomic study demonstrating at least a 15 % reduction in plantar pressure after a 10-minute session, backed by your simulations or published references.
3. All components specified use off-the-shelf parts or list custom fabrication requirements clearly.

If you have prior work on massage equipment, small appliances, or spa devices, those examples will help me assess feasibility quickly. I answer messages within 24 hours and can supply additional foot-shape datasets once the project begins.
