3D Packaging Machine Design

Job ID: 40298421

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I have a concept for a production-grade machine whose sole purpose is to package products at scale. What I now need is a complete 3D design that translates my rough sketches and performance notes into a fully detailed, manufacturable model.

Scope
• Model the entire machine in 3D CAD – every major frame, guarding panel, drive element, and change-part must be represented.
• Ensure the design supports high-throughput packaging; smooth product flow and easy operator access are priorities.
• Optimise for standard components where possible so procurement remains simple.
• Provide exploded views and section cuts that will let my fabrication team understand each sub-assembly instantly.

Deliverables
1. Native CAD files (SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar) plus exported STEP/IGES.
2. High-resolution renders illustrating the machine from multiple angles.
3. A concise bill of materials identifying off-the-shelf parts versus items to be fabricated.
4. A short design report highlighting critical tolerances, actuator specs, and any assumptions made.

Acceptance criteria
• All moving parts clear their envelopes through a full virtual motion cycle.
• Model opens error-free in the stated CAD package.
• BOM references real, orderable components.

I’m ready to share preliminary layouts and throughput targets as soon as we connect, and will be available for quick design reviews throughout the project.
