**Job Title:** PEB Structural Detailer – Shop & Erection Drawings (AutoCAD)
**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) Structural Detailer to develop a comprehensive set of Shop and Erection drawings based on our provided General Arrangement (GA) drawings.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in steel detailing and must be proficient in AutoCAD (specifically AutoCAD LT 2025 compatibility). You will be responsible for translating engineering designs into precise fabrication and field-ready documents.
**Scope of Work:**
**1. PEB Shop Drawings (Fabrication Details):**
* **Primary Members:** Detailed fabrication sheets for built-up columns and rafters (I-sections), including plates, stiffeners, and base plates.
* **Secondary Members:** Detailed drawings for cold-formed sections (Purlins, Girts, Eave Struts).
* **Accessories:** Detailing of bracing systems, cleats, and connection plates.
* **BOM:** Comprehensive Bill of Materials for every assembly (material grades, weights, and quantities).
**2. PEB Erection Drawings (Installation Details):**
* **Anchor Bolt Plans:** Precise layout with projections and setting templates.
* **Framing Plans:** Identification of all shipping marks and member orientations.
* **Connection Details:** Clear field-bolted/welded details including bolt specifications.
* **Cladding & Trim:** Roof/wall sheeting layouts and flashing details.
**Technical Requirements:**
* **Software:** Must deliver native **.dwg** files compatible with AutoCAD LT (Version V.58.0.0 / 2025) and PDF sets.
* **Standards:** Adherence to AISC/MBMA standards and the specifications provided in the GA drawings.
* **Accuracy:** High attention to detail regarding dimensions, hole spacing, and weld symbols.
**Deliverables:**
* Full set of Shop Drawings (Fabrication-ready).
* Full set of Erection Drawings (Site-ready).
* NC/DSTV files (if applicable).
* Final source CAD files (.dwg).
