3D PCB Model for Product

Budget: $30 – $50 AUD

I have an electronic board already routed in my CAD package and now need a clean, precise 3-D representation that can drop straight into the product enclosure file. The goal is to visualise component heights, verify clearances, and share a photoreal render with stakeholders before tooling begins.

You will receive:
• The PCB’s Gerber/ODB++ data and component list.
• Mechanical constraints for the enclosure.

I need you to:
• Convert the board data into a single, watertight 3-D file that keeps component outlines accurate to datasheet heights.
• Retain individual parts as separate solids/bodies so I can hide, move, or colour-code them during reviews.
• Deliver the native file from your tool plus a neutral exchange format (STEP, STL or OBJ—whichever you use most efficiently).

Acceptance is straightforward: the file must open in SolidWorks without errors, overall dimensions must match the board outline within ±0.1 mm, and component reference silkscreen should remain legible when rendered.

If you already automate this flow from KiCad, Altium, or Fusion 360, mention it—I just care that the end result is accurate and lightweight enough to email. Turnaround inside three days would keep my schedule on track.
