Orthopedic Implant CAD & FE Development
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a skilled 3D CAD designer who can also run finite-element (FE) simulations to create a veterinary orthopedic implant for medical use.
Scope
• Produce a clean, manufacturable CAD model of the implant.
• Build a matching FE mesh, apply realistic physiological loading, and deliver stress/strain results that confirm structural integrity.
Key points
• Application: medical-grade orthopedic implant for an animal patient (veterinary).
• I am open to your preferred CAD platform—SolidWorks, Siemens NX, CATIA, or similar—as long as the final file can be exported to STEP and STL.
• FE work may be performed in ANSYS, Abaqus, or an equivalent solver; please include material assumptions and boundary conditions in a short report.
Deliverables
1. Parametric CAD file + neutral formats (STEP, STL).
2. FE model setup files.
3. PDF or slide deck summarising simulation methodology and results, highlighting safety factors.
